About Our Founder

Ruthann Savage is the Founder of Savage Dynamic Consulting, specializing in scaling operations through HR and business consulting. She has held positions such as Head of HR, General Manager, Academy Training Manager with multi-national organizations, overseeing talent strategies, culture, and compliance with companies as small as private owners and as large as Fortune 100. Ruthann is a published researcher. Academically, Ruthann earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Statistics from the University of Central Florida and Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from the Florida International University.

Additionally, Ruthann embraces stewardship and actively serves an elected member of the Board of Directors for both the award-winning Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and for non-profit Gwinnett Chamber Foundation, fostering long-term economic prosperity, with a particular focus on supporting minority, veteran, and women owned small businesses.
